THE FUEL
Based in the heart of a community, a collection of high-end bungalows are being designed and built, to enable a higher level of care for people with physical difficulties.
The main aim of these renders are to fast track the planning application stages by describing the structure not just in lines and wording, but with beautiful detail.
Using CAD plans, site visits and a few convocations we establish the brief the stage was set to raise the design from the paper.
THE CREATIVE
The creation of 3D visuals that craft every detail really bring to life the design. The main aim of these render was to achieve a realistic and accurate representation of the design to visually see in to the future. The timber used to clad the exterior also needs to be visualised in two states. One fresh and newly installed orange timber but also a second weathered and aged look and feel. These structures aim to stand the test of time for decades to come after all.
Crafting the light and details shows off the design in this way other media cant. The ability to speed up time and age the wood also is a huge benefit. Adding a realistic style to all surfaces really helps visualise all aspects.
